Our Mission
The Victoria County Juvenile Services Department is committed to working hard to
change kid’s lives in a way that promotes responsibility, accountability, and
goal setting coupled with structure and discipline. They can then achieve
success by making better choices, learning from their mistakes and becoming a
law abiding, productive member of society.
