The Victoria Regional Juvenile Justice Center at 97 Foster field Dr. is located on the grounds of the Victoria Regional Airport.
From Victoria take the Houston Highway ( business 59 ) north to the airport. Turn left onto Foster Field Dr. to enter the airport grounds.  Take the first right to enter the Juvenile Centers Parking lot.
