CRIMINAL E-FILING IS NOW AVAILABLE!

 

On June 30th, 2016, in Misc. Docket No. 16-003, the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas issued an order mandating electronic filing by attorneys in criminal cases in appellate courts, district courts, statutory county courts and constitutional county court. The implementation schedule is based on the counties’ 2010 Federal Census population. Victoria County is in the population group that is mandated for e-filing by attorneys on January 1st, 2019. Victoria County has been offering permissive criminal e-filing since November 1st, 2015.
